We have been leading tours for 20 years. My husband and I have used Imagine Tours & Travel 12 times in taking tours to Israel. Rick and Amy are the best !! They provide an outstanding tour package, at a very reasonable cost. They customize each trip to meet our needs and wishes. Their guides, busses, hotels, and food are simply the best. I would not use any other travel company. Our groups have been as large as 52, and as small al 12. Imagine Tours has provided its same great service no matter the size of the group. They have made us feel safe and well taken care of every time we have visited Israel.

Rick and his staff at Imagine Tours & Travel have been THE BEST to work with, especially during this COVID season. They are positive, responding quickly to questions and needs. We've hosted several tours with Imagine and with others; our best experiences have been with Imagine here in the states, and also with their overseas partners! On our most recent trip to Israel, our travelers were so very pleased. One commented, "This by far exceeded all of our expectations!" We have found that to be the norm with Imagine! Our trips to Israel have been faith-building, spiritually rewarding, fun, and have given us the opportunity to develop many wonderful relationships. Thanks Rick and Imagine!

Over the past 5 years, I have led more than 10 tours to Bible Lands through Imagine Tours and Travel, and they have done a stellar job. Very gracious, responsive, professional, and always seeking to meet any specific needs and to deal with any issues that arise. I have complete confidence in them to represent me well to my pilgrims, and as a result, I have a number of tours planned in the future with them as well. I give them my highest recommendation.

I have co-hosted four Holy Land pilgrimages with Imagine Tours and I cannot imagine (pun intended) ever working with anyone else. As a pastor, they take care of all the paperwork, design of my personalized brochure, record-keeping of those who've signed up and paid, airline reservations and, all the details of the tour once you're in Israel. And, once you're in Israel, you just sit back and let them take care of you. They're even prepared to take care of personal requests and unexpected emergencies. This was my 3rd trip to Israel with ITT, and with Ikey as tour guide. The individuals at ITT were wonderful to work with, they answered all questions and concerns promptly and professionally. With Covid, we had a few additional concerns, but all concerns were dealt with and we felt very secure with the processes needed to go to and from Israel. We had an absolutely fantastic trip! Ikey is so very knowledgeable, we went to some places where I had not been before (which was a treat), and there were no lines at any site. So, we really got to see a lot. The blending of the Old and New Testament was powerful. I encourage everyone to go to Israel.

Rick and his crew at Imagine Tours & Travel are exceptional. We have traveled to Israel with them multiple times. From the time we initially booked, to the time spent making sure we are prepared for the trip, to the quality of the accommodations in country, the knowledge of the guides, to the little details that never seem to get missed, travel with Imagine is amazing. My wife and I went on our first trip to Israel and Imagine Tours & Travel were the best ever! Rick Ricart and his team made sure that we were able to enjoy the trip and not worry about any logistics. Our time in Israel was amazing! Imagine did a great job facilitating our time and their guide was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and played the flute at some sites. We were able to see more sites each day because of the attention to detail and the was the sites were planned. I’m excited to go again with my wife and take our kids.

If you want to see the world, you have plenty of choices out there. But the key is trusting that the company you contracted a tour with, is able to deliver. You won’t always get that from every tour company. For 11 years now I have entrusted my friends, congregants, family, and extended new acquaintances to Imagine Tours to take us everywhere from Israel, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Norway, Ireland, N Ireland, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand and Scotland. In partnership with Imagine Tours we even have an upcoming trip to Iceland and France. My wife and I started hosting tours organized by Rick Ricart, the owner of Imagine Tours & Travel 25+ years ago when he worked for another travel company! In the last 20+ years that Imagine has been in business, they have put together well over 15 tours for us. They are top shelf in every way. We have great confidence in their ability to provide the highest quality experience for our travelers. Their team is always professional and responsive. They have repeatedly proven their ability to adapt when needed, be creative and solution-oriented, and deliver a product that always exceeds the expectations of our travelers! We just went on a River Cruise with Imagine and some of their staff last week. This new river cruise option is an OUTSTANDING partnership with Gordon Cruises and they both did a fabulous job at every level! We have several more trips planned with Imagine in the next couple years! While I've tried other travel companies in the past, we now exclusively use Imagine Tours and Travel!
